DK, you always seem to be on the go. How do you prep for your workday?
“Well, I try to get up with enough time to brush my teeth and make coffee. Then, I eat my eggs in the car on the way to where I am going.” On Sundays, I meal prep with a scale and all - currently, I am eating in ounces! Each day I get in 5 meals.
What makes you weird?
Anytime I go out to eat with other people, I always have to know what everyone else is eating before I can order. It gives me anxiety hahaha and yes it is a thing!
What is one goal you would like to accomplish in this lifetime?
Finish creating my nonprofit the #youcanneverbetooepic movement, catered to young athletes and people living with MS.

Do you have any advice for people who are just beginning their own fitness challenge?
Relax, and have a goal. I’m three weeks into my training, and even I have had a couple moments of “this sucks.” I have to remind myself to be consistent and stick with it. As cheesy as it sounds, trust the process! Have you ever heard people say, “Trust the Waze?" That app for traffic? It will take you on the craziest routes but if you trust it, you get to your destination faster. So, #trustthewaze people!
