When I first started attending I was very nervous. I was used to going to the gym and working out by myself (organized sweating - not so much).
When my good friend Denise said that she attended a class and liked it, I knew I had to try it. After I attended my first class, I felt like I could keep up with the curriculum if I studied hard enough. No for real. When I decided to just go at my own pace and to just do what I was capable of doing, I knew I had found the perfect place for me.
This past year I have lost 82 lbs.. I am shooting to lose 100 and I am hoping to get to that goal by my birthday in June.
The variety of workouts is what I find most enjoyable. I almost like coming into the class and seeing an exercise that I really hate (ALMOST). One of the good things about doing something that I don't like is that I know it will be over soon.
I have really benefited from ROW Studios by meeting some really amazing people. This is my workout family and I really appreciate everyone. I also appreciate it that they let me ROW on the erg instead of running 400 meters (I love the modifications).
