Client Spotlight: Meredith Tolson

How did you find out about ROW Studios?

From a Tindr date that did not turn out well.  Lol. She told me about Row though, and I thought it sounded like something I would enjoy. 

What did you goals look like when you first started at ROW?

My goal was just to make it through the class.  I was so out of shape, but you have to start somewhere.  I wanted to lose weight, but also to get more fit.

What hesitations did you have about ROW or rowing before your first class?

I was nervous because I didn’t have much rowing experience and it had been a while since I’ve worked out in a group setting.  I just reminded that it’s not a competition, and that I’m doing good to show up.  I do the best I can at each class, and I’ve seen myself get stronger

What results have you achieved since you have started coming to ROW Studios?

I’ve gone up on the amount I can lift.

I’ve lost 13 pounds since starting in June!

Down 2 dress sizes.

What did you like most, or find most valuable, about your experience at ROW?

Everyone is so friendly, and I can push myself to do more each class. I can see the results!

Row Body. 

Who is your favorite coach?

DK!!! She is SO encouraging and makes class so much fun.
