What do you like to do in your off-time?
When I'm not at the gym working or lifting, I like to watch sports (all of them). I also consider myself a movie buff.
Do you have any outside experience that ROW clients might relate to or appreciate?
I used to be a competitive power lifter, weighing in at over 300 lbs. Personal records that time were: squat 705, bench 495, deadlift 635.
