What should I bring to class?
Yourself, a water bottle, athletic shoes, socks, shorts/pants, and a t-shirt/tank top.
What if i have never rowed before?
Not to worry, you are here to learn! We ask all new clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to class. This gives you ample time to learn the rowing form one-on-one with your coach. Your coach will also go over how to row at the beginning of every class.
What if i have physical limitations, like a previous injury?
Our workouts are scalable to all levels. Talk to your coach and tell them about your physical abilities and they will customize the workout just for you!
